 RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Due to the special texture and production process of our products - all products are handcrafted and the terrazzo fractions randomly and naturally spread – each item is unique. Please note that your purchased item might be slightly different than the item presented in our website.

If you experience any problems with an item you've purchased, please contact us via email matansade@gmail.com and we will do anything in our power to resolve it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 business days for a full refund*. The item must be returned in the condition you got it and in its original packaging (by registered mail with a tracking number).

* Refunds do not include shipping costs.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our items are shipped by registered mail with a tracking number.

Most of our items are made to order, and thus require different production times. Please expect up to two weeks for production, however, in most cases your item will be ready sooner.

Pick-up is available from our studio in Kibbutz Ma'anit, Sunday – Thursday.
